They lead us to the lake and then to the school where we stayed for the evening. Many thanks to Wayne Hounsell the principle at Dease Lake School, he is a very good person and was very respectful, helpful and humble.
Fiona Nehass, 15 years old, is a great representative of her community and family. She knew some things about her culture and shared a great story with me. Her mother Shirley Nehass must be proud. The next day we presented some of the community with shirts and Shirley received a Native Pride flag from the BC crew. They led us out of the community in a great way.
